This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from WRAP (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our official website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 10–12 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Dispatch timelines may extend slightly during periods of high demand, promotional sales, holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges. In such cases, we will keep customers informed of any delays through email or SMS.
2. Shipping Duration
The delivery duration depends on your location and the courier service’s coverage. Once your order has been shipped, updates will be shared via email or SMS to help you monitor your package in real time.
Please note that weekends, national holidays, and external factors such as weather conditions or courier delays may affect delivery timelines. While we strive for punctual delivery, WRAP shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Serviceable and Unserviceable Locations
We aim to deliver to as many areas as possible. However, certain pin codes or regions may be deemed unserviceable by our logistics partners.
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and either:
Request an alternate address, or
Cancel the order and initiate a full refund (if applicable).
4. Delivery Attempts and Charges
Customers are requested to ensure availability at the shipping address provided.
Our courier partners will make two (2) delivery attempts in total.
If the customer is unavailable during the first attempt, a second and final attempt will be scheduled automatically.
If the second attempt also fails, or if the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible, the package will be marked as “undelivered.”
Any additional delivery attempts or re-shipments after the first attempt will be chargeable and processed only after payment of the reattempt shipping fee.
5. Shipping Fees
Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. These charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
6. Force Majeure:
“WRAP LABEL” shall not be held liable for delivery, delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to ( acts of God, government regulations, personal emergencies, natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, or supplier issues.
