Return & Refund Policy

At WRAP, each piece is made with precision and care. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, so we’ve designed our refund and return policy to be transparent and fair.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Refund Policy: - No Returns or Exchanges, All sales are final. Payments made are non-refundable unless agreed in writing under exceptional circumstances, or if there’s a verified manufacturing defect reported within the 24-hour window, which cannot be rectified. Liability Limitation: Our maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods sold. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

We do not accept returns for:

Made-to-order or customized items

Sale or discounted pieces

Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If the item is not eligible, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

3. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for size replacements (subject to stock availability).

If the desired size is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

In such cases, WRAP will bear the return courier charge.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email customercare@wraplabel.net within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll resolve it promptly.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before generation of invoice. Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

Custom-tailored garments

Accessories (hijabs, magnets, etc., for hygiene reasons)
